Crock Pot Stuffing


  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 3 Stalks of Celery finely chopped
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups of Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 bag of dried bread cubes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in the microwave for 2 minutes or until melted.  When melted add, celery, onions and herbs.  Season with salt and pepper and cook in the microwave for another 5 minutes.  Remove from heat.

Step 3

Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring after 2 hours have passed. Garnish with parsley.

Step 2

Grease the bowl of the Crock-Pot and add the cubed bread. Pour the vegetable mixture, eggs, and broth. Toss to combine and cover.
